You can place an order a number of ways:

All items ship in a gift box, with a flannel anti-tarnish pouch and single polishing cloth (use on stones and silver). Also included is an invoice showing a picture of your item in addition to a Certificate of Authenticity. If you would like a color copy of your item's listing, just ask.

Payment methods offered: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, PAYPAL, Amazon Payments, Personal Checks and Money Orders by phone, email or through the on line check-out system. Items usually ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.
You can place an order by pressing the Add to Bag button underneath every item and following the process through checkout until you receive a confirmation that the item is yours, it will then be marked sold and not available to anyone else. You will then receive a confirmation email with your order details just to confirm your order.
If you have created an account, your information will be retained and all you have to do is follow the buttons to checkout. You do not have to create an account to purchase. The advantages of opening an account is your your create a wish list, track your orders and you only have to put in your information once.

SHIPPING I ship either US Priority Mail for $7.00 or UPS 3-Day Ground for $7.00, whichever you prefer, and just to keep things simple, all shipping is $7.00 per order. Everything is shipped carefully with a tracking number and insured. Larger pieces and select high-end pieces may be somewhat higher due to insurance costs.
I will gladly SHIP INTERNATIONAL. Shipping charges will be based on Actual Charges depending on insurance requested and other factors.
LAYAWAY Layaway is available with about 30% down and the balance within 60 days. If using the online checkout system, please write in on the "Comments" section of your order that you're requesting Layaway and what kind of terms work for you.
REWARD POINTS You now get Reward Points on every purchase you make! You get 2.5% in rewards points for every dollar spent that will accrue in your account. You must create an account to get Reward Points. When checking out, you will be offered the option of whether or not to use the discount on your order.
UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY on the Authenticity and Quality of the jewelry sold If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know if you plan to return something within within 10 days of your receipt of item for a Full Refund less any shipping costs. Exceptions are sale items and layaway items, which receive Website credit. We cannot offer refunds on rings that have been ordered and sized to a custom fit. We are happy to mail the ring to you first for your approval and then have the ring sized at a cost of $20. Items lost in shipping are handled on an individual basis, and usually involve a store credit. No refunds are given.

REPAIRS: If you lose or crack a stone from a piece of your Zuni Jewelry we can get it repaired on one of our weekly trips to Zuni, usually in one day. Repairs usually run $5-$10.00 + shipping. Ring sizing is done here in Santa Fe, usually running about $20 for ring with stones.
