The design is pure old-style, hundreds of different shaded fantail wafer and blue spacer beads. This is a great necklace to wear when you feel like wearing something luxurious, just for yourself, and can be worn with a black dress or when you're in a casual, laid-back mood in a t-shirt and jeans. Battle Mountain Blue Gem was often found as tiny, thin veins running through the rock, these fan-tail wafers were meticulously made by John Huntress of Santa Fe from his stash of gem-grade rough Blue Gem. It has a high shine due to the quality of the beads, is 22" long at it's shortest of the three strands, 1" long wafers at the center, finished with simple sterling cones, hook & eye. I've had these earrings for years, and don't remember the specifics about them. The pictures don't do the stones justice though, I'm guessing they are Kingman Turquoise from Arizona (natural or stabilized, I'm not sure, priced as stabilized) . They have a brilliant hue of sky-blue with brown-metallic matrix; they are highly polished and smooth to the touch. Understated silver work, the stones are set in smooth bezel housings with a solid silver back and simple hooks for pierced ears. 3/4" wide x 1 5/8" long, they have a high-quality look and feel and are signed BRD on the back. Navajo made, maker unknown.

This classic Native American turquoise ring is set with an oval cabochon of high-grade, natural turquoise from the famous Bisbee Turquoise Mine in Arizona. I acquired the stone right after being cut from a dealer in Bisbee, which is shows fascinating geology of aqua-blue intermixed with gold-toned and darker teal watermarking and matrix webbing; not the usual color associated with Bisbee, but every mine produces a wide range of blue and green colors. The smooth, glassy stone measures 7/16" wide x 15/16" long, and is set in a smooth bezel housing atop a simple, clean split-shank ring that tapers down to 1/8" so is very comfortable. It's a between a Size 6 1/4 and 6 1/2, made by Noah Pfeffer in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
