Elegant. feather-light and shaped to flatter, the stones are set in smooth 14kt gold bezels and sterling silver backs that are open to allow the light to pass through the stones. Multi-Stone Link Bracelet by Mary Marie |
This sterling silver link bracelet was hand-fabricated by Navajo artist Mary Marie. There is a great two-tone, natural Royston Nevada Turquoise stone that is set at the link that clicks in securely. The other links are set with Orange and Red Spiney Oyster Shell from the Sea of Cortez, blue Lapis Lazuli, #8 Spiderweb Turquoise from Nevada, blue Morenci Arizona Turquoise and Purple Sugilite from South Africa; all natural. Not signed. 5/8" wide x 7 1/4" long with safety chain. Note: when putting it on my 6 1/8" wrist it was tight to get on with the safety chain attached, I wouldn't do it again, but when on it was loose but felt comfortable; not too big. The chain can be totally removed if you don't want to use it. The silver insert snaps into the housing tightly and securely.

Mark Roanhorse Crawford Red Coral Tufa Cast Bracelet |
This enchanting, one of a kind piece was created by the very young Mark Roanhorse Crawford, now only 20 years old. He is the younger brother of the famous Michael Roanhorse Crawford and a rising star in Native American jewelry - his work and designs are far beyond his years. Made two years ago, this bracelet is titled "Snow over the Chuskas". He only works in the tufa cast method (the mold usually only lasts for one casting), each sparkling 'snowflake' was put on the darkened background by hand, one at a time. The inside of the bracelet, hidden from view in true Navajo tradition, are naturalistic, tufa-cast scene of rural Navajo life: hogan, clouds, fencing, trees and plants including Mark's stylized signature. The offset natural Mediterranean Red Coral stone measures 5/16" x 1" long, set in a raised, notched bezel housing. 1" wide with an inside measurement of 5 1/4" plus an additional 1 1 /16" gap. From Case Trading Post: "I am a 18...
