Carico Lake Turquoise & Peridot Dangle Clip Earrings |
These earrings were made about six years ago, been in a private collection until now. They are set with high-grade natural Carico Lake Turquoise from Nevada. Stones like this were rare back then, back when we were saying "turquoise like this is not going to be around forever" but the limited supply still seemed somewhat plentiful. Today this quality is just not available, or at exorbitant prices. The four matching Carico cabochons are a bright lime-green color with pockets of blue amidst tan-brown matrix webbing, set with contrasting Abalone Shell and a green peridot at the stud. Designed and signed by Mitzi of Santa Fe, New Mexico, one of a kind. 5/8" wide x 2 7/8" long, bottom stone is 5/8" x 5/8". Finished with clip backs (can be converted to posts at additional charge).
