Natural Lone Mountain Turquoise Sterling Navajo Ring |
This classic, old-style sterling silver ring was hand-fabricated and signed by Navajo silversmith Victor Begay in New Mexico. Set with incredible, rare turquoise from the Lone Mountain Mine in New Mexico, the natural turquoise stones display deep, bright aqua-blue color and characteristic green-tan matrix all polished, smooth and full of zat (life in the stone). The top of the stone measures 3/8" wide x 1 5/16" long. The ring is a size 6 1/2 at it's smallest, though can be adjusted since one side of the split ring shank is not soldered to the base, so can move up or down depending on the season. Not meant to be adjusted over and over again, but can be done a few times over the year (smaller in Winter, larger in Summer) without worry of metal fatigue. The ring can also be sized to one size that doesn't adjust for a small sizing fee. Rare, natural, American turquoise as it's best.
