TO PLACE AN ORDER

You can place an order four ways:

1A) Checks or money orders (to be sent in) are accepted at Checkout.
1B) Don't ever put your credit card in Online Order Forms? That's ok! You can still use the Checkout Process to reserve your item. Just choose "Use Information on File" for a Payment Option and call in your credit card later.

There is detailed info below on each order method. All items ship with an invoice showing a picture of your item in addition to a Certificate of Authenticity. If you would like us to include a color copy of your item's listing, please let us know and we'll be happy to print it out for you and include it in your box.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, Personal Checks and Money Orders by phone, email or through the online check-out system. We try to ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
We ship either US Priority Mail for $7.00 or UPS 3-Day Ground for $7.00, whichever you prefer, and just to keep things simple, all shipping is $7.00 per order. Everything is shipped carefully with a tracking number and insured. Larger pieces and select high-end pieces may be somewhat higher due to insurance costs.

We will gladly SHIP INTERNATIONAL. Shipping charges will be based on Actual Charges depending on insurance requested and other factors.

SECURE ONLINE CHECKOUT PROCESS

You can place an order by pressing the Select button underneath every item and following the process through checkout until you receive a confirmation that the item is yours, it will then be marked sold and not available to anyone else. You will then receive a confirmation email with your order details just to confirm your order.
If you have created an account, your infomation will be retained and all you have to do is follow the buttons to checkout. You do not have to create an account to purchase, only if you would like us to keep your information on file or if you want to keep a Personal Favorites list on file.
If you need to cancel an order, please call 888-892-8686 or email and we'll take care of it.

Your e-mail address as well as any and all personal information is considered private and guarded carefully, it will never shared nor sold at any time.

LAYAWAY

Layaway is available with about 30% down and the balance within 60 days. If using the online checkout system, please write in on the "Comments" section of your order that you're requesting Layaway and what kind of terms work for you.

We wouldn't even consider sharing or selling your information to anybody, for any reason.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING

We'll be happy to Gift Wrap and send to a 3rd Party at no additional cost. Please let us know if this is a gift so we can include a gift box.

OUR GUARANTEE

We have an UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - RETURN POLICY on the Authenticity and Quality of our Art. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know if you plan to return something within within 10 days of your receipt of item for a Full Refund less any shipping costs. We cannot offer refunds on rings that have been ordered and sized to a custom fit. We are happy to mail the ring to you first for your approval and then have the ring sized at a cost of $20. Items lost in shipping are handled on an individual basis, and usually involve a store credit. No refunds are given.

REPAIRS: If you lose or crack a stone from a piece of your Zuni Jewelry we can get it repaired on one of our weekly trips to Zuni, usually in one day. Repairs usually run $5-$10.00 + shipping. Ring sizing is done here in Santa Fe, usually running about $20 for ring with stones.
