We have an UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE - NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY . If you are not happy, for any reason, just return it within ten days for a FULL REFUND less any shipping costs.  Please let us know by email or phone if you are sending a return so we can expect it.

NOTE: Returns on sale items and items purchased using the layaway plan receive website credit. We cannot offer refunds on rings that have been ordered and sized to a custom fit. We are happy to mail the ring to you first for your approval and then have the ring sized at a cost of $20. We have not lost an item in many, many years, in fact this has never come up, but in the case an item is lost during shipment, and the address and label were as directed, we are not responsible once the item leaves our hands and is placed with the shipper.
